K&A advises Man Industries on USD 100m NPC acquisition

K&A has advised Man Industries (India) on its acquisition of 100% of National Pipe Company (NPC) for a total consideration exceeding USD 100 million.

NPC is an API large-diameter carbon steel line pipe manufacturer based in Dhahran, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, with its operations serving the Kingdom’s energy and infrastructure sectors. Man Industries (India) is an Indian manufacturer of large-diameter carbon steel line pipes.
