Meysan with Aayan on Dar Al Shifa Hospital acquisition

Meysan advised Aayan, a company listed on Boursa Kuwait, on its KD 35.7 million acquisition of a 51% controlling stake in Dar Al Shifa Hospital, a Kuwaiti private healthcare provider.
