White & Case with PKO Bank on € 500m bonds issuance
White & Case advised PKO Bank Hipoteczny on its € 500 million issuance of mortgage covered bonds due 22 April 2031.
The covered bonds, currently listed on the regulated market of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange, were issued on 22 April 2026, under PKO Bank Hipoteczny’s €4 billion International Mortgage Covered Bond Programme (EMTN), targeting qualified investors.
The banking syndicate
Danske Bank served as the global coordinator, with Landesbank Hessen-Thüringen Girozentrale (Helaba), Powszechna Kasa Oszczędności Bank Polski, Société Générale and UniCredit Bank acting as joint lead managers.
