Eversheds Sutherland promotes four new partners in Middle East
Among Eversheds Sutherland’s twenty-five newly promoted partners, in the round effective May 1st 2026, four lawyers come from the firm’s Middle East ranks: Faris Al-Louzi, from the corporate team in Riyadh; commercial dispute resolution specialist Mostafa Ihab, also based in Riyadh; Adite Aloke, a member of the corporate team in Dubai; real estate specialist Emma George, also in Dubai.
Faris Al-Louzi
Al-Louzi’s practice focuses on private equity and M&A deals as well as on local and cross border transactions. he regularly advises various businesses engaged in different sectors, including Fintech, education, food and beverage, healthcare, defence and logistics on day to day matters, commercial arrangements, discussions with potential partners in offshore jurisdictions and legal due diligence exercises.
Mostafa Ihab
Mostafa Ihab currently represent clients on different forms of disputes before local courts, local quasi-judicial bodies and arbitration tribunals, handling financial crime cases and investigations. She advises on commercial, shareholders, tax, insurance, and labor disputes. Her practice encompasses specific areas of law like criminal cases, corruption and sanctions.
Adite Aloke
Aloke regularly represents lenders and sponsors on all aspects of the development, investment and financing of energy and infrastructure projects and utilities in the Middle East. She has worked on a number of project finance, project development and sector-focused acquisitions and joint ventures in the Middle East and South Asia.
Emma George
Emma George advises entities in relation to buying and selling propery, granting leases and negotiating from both a landlord and tenant perspective, managing property portfolios, and supporting clients on real estate matters.
