MBH hires new partner Faten Anis
Matouk Bassiouny & Hennawy (MBH) expands its finance and projects practice group with the hire of partner Faten Anis (pictured). She joins the firm from Gide Loyrette Nouel in Paris, where she spent nine years from 2017 onward.
The profile
Anis’ practice focuses on banking and financing transactions across Africa, including project finance, real estate finance, structured finance, corporate lending and debt restructuring, with particular expertise in infrastructure, energy, transport and real estate sectors.
Her advisory network spans lenders, including credit institutions, multilateral institutions, insurance companies, and debt funds, as well as borrowers such as SPVs, corporates, real estate companies, and investment funds.
