Reed Smith acquires corporate team from AlAmmar Law

Reed Smith officialised the acquisition of a Saudi corporate team from AlAmmar Law, including Mohammed Alammar (pictured left) and Anmar Algharifi (pictured right) as partners and Norah Alqasem as an associate. The team will join Reed Smith’s Riyadh office.

The profiles

Partner Mohammed Alammar advises clients across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) on corporate matters, projects and infrastructure, PPP, real estate, investment funds, and finance.

Partner Anmar Algharifi’s practice spans public and private M&A, joint ventures, capital markets, private equity, corporate structuring, and foreign investment matters. He also advises family investment offices on regional and global investments, governance, and compliance.

Saudi-qualified associate Norah Alqasem advises on corporate and commercial matters in the Kingdom.
