Zarhouni & El Hassani with Aegis and Reda Bakkali on Sekera acquisition

Zarhouni & El Hassani Law Firm advised Aegis Ventures, and Reda Bakkali on the acquisition of a majority stack in Sekera, a cybersecurity company operating in Morocco and France.

The aim of this transaction is to establish an integrated cybersecurity platform located in Morocco, which would position as a regional cybersecurity hub in Africa.
