CMS with Aldar on Dubai Holding partnership expansion

CMS advised Abu Dhabi-based real estate developer Aldar on the expansion of its joint venture with Dubai Holding. The transaction adds two development sites in Dubai — respectively located along Dubai’s eastern growth corridor and at Palm Jebel Ali — with a combined gross development value exceeding AED 38 billion.

The transaction stems from a 2023 joint venture between Aldar and Dubai Holding, on which CMS also advised Aldar.
