K&S with Al Shmoul Al Moutamiaza on minority stake acquisition in RAM Medical Clinics

King & Spalding Al Fahad Law Firm advised Al Shmoul Al Moutamiaza Holding, the investment arm of the Al Nahdi Family Group, on its acquisition of a minority stake in RAM Medical Clinics.

The parties

Founded in 2022, Al Shmoul Holding focuses primarily on investments across three sectors: technology, healthcare, and luxury, with a particular emphasis on companies in the pre-IPO stage.

RAM Clinics is a provider of dental, dermatology, and outpatient medical services in Saudi Arabia. Founded in 2006 and headquartered in Al Khobar, RAM Clinics’ services includes general and aesthetic dentistry, dermatology, laser and aesthetic treatments, and outpatient medical care.
