Hogan Lovells appoints Dounia Mansour as a new partner in Dubai
Hogan Lovells officialised the appointment of partner Dounia Mansour (pictured), who will be joining the firm’s private equity and funds practice, based in Dubai. She moves from King & Spalding.

Dounia Mansour is a private capital lawyer specialising in the structuring, establishment, and distribution of both onshore and offshore investment funds across the Middle East and beyond. She advises on a broad range of asset classes – including private equity, debt, real estate, fund-of-funds, and Shari’ah-compliant vehicles – with particular expertise in UAE fund structures and regulatory frameworks.
