Dentons with joint lead managers on EDO’s USD 650 m trust certificates issuance
Dentons advised Citi, Dubai Islamic Bank, HSBC, J.P. Morgan, KFH Capital, Mashreq, Sohar International Bank and Standard Chartered Bank, in connection with their role as joint lead managers on the issuance, by Energy Development Oman SAOC (EDO), of USD 650 million trust certificates due 2036.
The issuance was made under the Trust Certificate Issuance Programme of EDO Sukuk Limited. The trust certificates in question are listed on the London Stock Exchange’s International Securities Market.
