Morgan Lewis with ABFA on JV for LFJM campus in Dubai
Morgan Lewis advised ABFA Investments, a Dubai-based private investment company, on the joint venture with Lycée Français Jean Mermoz (LFJM) for the phase two development of an existing school campus of LFJM located in Al Barsha, Dubai.
The mandate in question covers the structuring, drafting, and negotiation of joint venture arrangements and ancillary documents related to ABFA’s equity investment into the development undertaken by LFJM on a land plot held under a musataha right granted by the Knowledge Fund Establishment.
