OBH Lawyers opens new office in Rome

Dubai-based law firm OBH Lawyers officialised the opening of its first European office in Rome.

Partner Antonio Biasi (pictured), global head of corporate department and head of Europe, will be at the lead of the newly-opened office.

The firm

Operating between Europe and the Middle East under a single governance model, OBH Lawyers advises Italian and international clients on cross-border transactions, with a particular focus on corporate, M&A, energy and international investments.

Launched in 2022 by LC Publishing Group S.p.A., it is the first digital portal addressed to the Middle East North Africa market.
