Dentons with Aument on financing for Gigatons
Dentons advised Aument Capital Partners on its role in the financing for the Gigatons Group.
In connection with the deal, White & Case advised Gigatons on the deal, while Clifford Chance advised the institutional shareholders in the company.
The parties
Headquartered in Singapore and with offices in Abu Dhabi, Aument Capital Partners is a multi-family office that provides investment services for entrepreneurs.
Gigatons Group is an Abu Dhabi-based technology and funding platform providing solutions to scale net zero transport and critical power infrastructure.
