Dentons, has appointed banking and finance lawyer Ali Moiz Ansari (pictured) as a partner in its Riyadh office. Moiz Ansari moves from AS&H Clifford Chance.

The profile

Ali Moiz Ansari’s expertise spans energy and infrastructure projects, project finance, Islamic finance, corporate finance, privatisations and public-private partnerships.

Moreover, he has extensive experience representing Saudi, regional, and international banks in financing transactions involving Saudi entities and projects. He has also worked closely with the Saudi government, government-owned entities, the Public Investment Fund (PIF), and several of its portfolio companies.
