Pinsent Masons’ new partner in Dubai: Seyavash Rahnema

Seyavash Rahnema (pictured) is Pinsent Masons’ latest partnership addition to the Dubai office. Moving from Norton Rose Fulbright, Rahnema will support Matthew Escritt in the finance practice. His work will cover financial institutions and corporate clients in the UAE and across the Middle East.

This hire pairs with the one of restructuring expert Edward Smith, joining Pinsent Mason’s London office as partner from Travers Smith.

The profile

Seyavash Rahnema regularly advises a variety of different actors in the banking and finance sector – including borrowers, lenders and financial facilitators – on complex cross-border financial transactions.  His legal career started in 2007 with an internship at Al Tamimi & Company. Prior to joining Pinsent Masons, Rahnema spent over 9 years at Norton Rose Fullbright.
