Dreny & Partners with VaIU on securitization deal
Dreny & Partners advised ValU throughout closing of a securitization transaction. The deal comes within the company’s multi-issuances program for their consumer finance portfolio, and amounts EGP 460,650,000. A receivable’s portfolio originated by ValU backed the issuance, which comprised one single tranche.
The banking support
EFG Hermes Promoting & Underwriting S.A.E acted as the financial advisor and lead arranger of the transaction, while Arab African International Bank and EFG Hermes Promoting & Underwriting served as underwriters. Moreover, Arab African International Bank acted as the custodian and bookrunner, while Bakertilly (Hilal & Abdel Ghaffar) as the official auditor.
