Clyde & Co’s new partners: Josh McFadzen and Bryan Wilson

Clyde & Co expands  its energy practice in Abu Dhabi with the hire of two partners, Josh McFadzen (pictured left) and Bryan Wilson (pictured right), along with their team, senior associate Marc Penman and associate Ross Blyth.  

McFadzen and Wilson’s practice specialises in non-contentious oil and gas project development, transactional matters and their related infrastructure. They advise clients across the full project lifecycle, acting for both operators and contractors with clients including national oil companies, international oil companies and supermajors. 

Josh McFadzen

McFadzen is an oil and gas lawyer with over ten years of experience in both in-house and private practice. He advises clients across the upstream, midstream, and downstream sectors, including sovereign energy entities and national oil companies in Gulf Cooperation Council countries.

Bryan Wilson

Wilson has over 30 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, advising on energy and petrochemical projects throughout their lifecycle. He has worked on infrastructure projects in the Middle East and held senior in-house legal roles at TotalEnergies and Maersk Oil.
