Excellera acquires Instinctif Partners MENA
Italian corporate affairs advisory group Excellera acquired Instinctif Partners MENA, Instinctif Partners’ strategic communications consultancy in the region, specialising in financial and corporate communications.
The context
The acquisition fits within Excellera’s growth strategy which took-off in 2022, with the strategic and financial support of Xenon Private Equity.
Established in the region for more than 12 years, with offices in Riyadh, Abu Dhabi and Dubai, Instinctif Partners MENA will retain the same management team, operating under the leadership of founder CEO Samantha Bartel, and debuting the new name IP Excellera.
As effect of the operation, the Group’s total turnover will reach and surpass $75 million, with a team of more than 350 professionals.
The legal teams
In connection with the deal, Pinsent Masons and Gatti Pavesi Bianchi Ludovici were the legal advisors to Excellera Advisory Group. Deloitte supported the deal with financial due diligence, while PwC provided with tax advisory.
Legal advisers to Instinctif Partners MENA were Simmons and Simmons. Moreover, SI Global advised Instinctif Partners on the transaction.
