MBH advises AviLease on aircraft leasing transaction

Matouk Bassiouny & Hennawy (MBH) advised AviLease, in connection with the leasing of a Boeing 737-800 to EgyptAir.

AviLease

A wholly-owned entity of the Public Investment Fund (PIF), AviLease is a full-service commercial aircraft lessor with Saudi Arabian roots.  The operation marks the company’s first leasing transaction in Egypt.
