Clyde & Co advises Zurich on acquisition

Clyde & Co advised Zurich Insurance Group on its acquisition of American International Group’s (AIG) global personal travel insurance and assistance business, including Travel Guard. The business will operate as Zurich Cover-Moreand relocate its headquarters to the US.

The team

Clyde & Co acted as co-lead legal counsel to Zurich, and the Dubai office of the firm led the deal.
