Tewfik Shehata rejoins Zaki Hashem
As of January 2025 Tewfik Shehata (pictured) will rejoin Zaki Hashem Attorneys at Law (ZH), as the the senior partner headingteh law firm litigation and arbitration departments.
Shehata return follows a nine-year period during which he led his own private practice Shehata Attorneys at Law. Prior to this, Shehata served as senior partner and head of arbitration at ZH for 14 years. As part of this development, Shehata Attorneys at Law will merge into ZH.
The profile
Shehata has over 30 years of experience advising clients through previous work in the offices of Al Kamel Law Office, Dentons’ Cairo office (previously Denton Wilde Sapte) and lately Zaki Hashem & Partners. He has extensive experience in corporate law, banking and project finance, as well as in other fields of commercial, civil and labor law. He participated in several major project finance and facility agreements.
