QIA acquires minority stakes in Sauber: the advisors
Senior in-house counsel for Qatar Investment Authority (QIA) Michael Schweppe (pictured) has advised his company on non-swiss law aspects of its acquisition of a minority stake in Sauber, a Formula 1 team owned by Audi. NKF, a Swiss law firm, advised QIA on all of the Swiss law-related aspects of the deal.
