Al Tamimi & Co’s two newest appointments
Al Tamimi & Company has appointed two new partners in the UAE: Paul Taylor (pictured left) as partner and regional head of arbitration and Henry Storrar (pictured right) as partner in corporate practice.
Paul Taylor
Taylor joins Al Tamimi bringing over 19 years of experience in the UAE and Middle East and assuming the role of partner and regional head of of arbitration.
His arrival further strengthens the firm’s commitment to excellence in arbitration, where he is highly regarded for his handling of complex disputes and arbitrations in the infrastructure, energy and construction sectors. Taylor’s track record includes being listed in the Legal 500 Middle East Arbitration Power List 2023 and recognised as a leading individual for construction dispute resolution by Chambers & Partners, as well as being listed as a global construction leader by Who’s Who Legal.
Henry Storrar
Henry Storrar brings over 12 years of international M&A experience to his new role as a partner in the corporate practice in the firm’s Abu Dhabi office. Henry’s appointment complements the firm’s strategy to expand its M&A capabilities in the region and further strengthens its corporate practice, with a track record of advising sovereign wealth funds, corporates and funds on high-value cross-border and domestic transactions across a range of sectors (notably oil and gas, renewables and technology).
Having previously practised in the City of London, Henry has been based in the region for over 5 years.
